Introduction of Ghotki Kandhkot Bridge on River Indus
Ghotki and Kandhkot are separated by the Guddu Barrage and Sukkur, respectively, by 152 and 170 kilometers. The distance between Ghotki and Kandhkot would be shortened to 30 KM if the bridge is built.
This project includes a 4-lane bridge across the River Indus and a 2-lane roadway measuring around 30.2 kilometers in length (of length approximately 2 kilometers).
2-lane highway with a length of around 4.5 kilometers that begins west of Kandhkot Town on the current Indus Highway (N-55) and ends at the exit from Thull Road in the Kandhkot District.
Consultants' study on the alignment is now complete.
After receiving clearance from the TFEC and PPP Policy Board, the investor solicitation process started. On November 17, 2017, the ad appeared in national and international publications.
