I felt that he was somewhat honest about it. The problem is many of our folks lack complete financial planning sense. Getting a loan is a financial txn. People have to know what they are getting into. And we expect banks to offer service at free of cost. They are also a for-prpfit business. For e.g. Felix was asking why banks charge processing fees. Because it is a source of income for them
In All District Central co operative banks there is no lock in period,, very minimal processing charge I think 2500 rupees,,emi amount share equal to principal n interest,, from 1st month itself,,in other bank if we get 20 lakhs we will repay nearly 40 lakhs,,but here we will repay nearly 31 lakh only,,,,

I took Homeloan in Canfin finance, I always use to keep More than EMI Amount in my Ac before debit period. Some times the Canfin use to debit delayed date &for their delay,it has been debited penalty for delayed debit from their side. I made a struggle for this purpose to prove, but still the have made some hidden calculations.
He is not explaining loan processing charges clearly.. He is giving fake explanation for legal, aadhar and pan card check.. I too taken loan from nationalised bank and avoid private bank... Approach bank directly instead of these agents..

Coming to apartment concept For 8 units (8 flats) Bank is collecting loan processing fees which is for legal verification and other exp like loan manager explained... My doubt is why bank is checking legal verification 8 times for the same document and collecting charges from customer
yes its correct one side there is an easy procedure called APF , where you need not anything sir .., bank will take care of legal and other parameters .
