if you've access to a library, you can print there too!! usually it's like, 10 cents or less per page so just bring a dollar or two and the pattern on a usb or in an email you can log in to on the library computers, it's how I do all my printing

You can also use a blade to cut the fur, it's way long than with scissors! I learnt this tip while working in a fabric shop!

Minky and fleece are pretty common but you can also use vinyl for a more realistic/leathery look :)
