- Doc put on his first show in his hometown of Ellaville GA, and of course we was there to support Doc. Thanks Doc for taking care of us and feeding the crew. We had an amazing time meeting everyone and wow so many folks attended! It was a great time, you definitely need to put his show on your list of show you need to attend. Outstanding show Doc, you and your team knocked it out of the park. Juan, thanks for the help at the show brother. Mr. Lopresti it was great to meet you Sir. Seth, great video. You picked the best sausage we have here in AL. Next year bring a cooler so you can try some of all of it. Hot, Hickory, Original, Cajun, Cracked Black Pepper. Bacon is awesome too. You said been to Birmingham a lot so that should be close enough next time to find some Royal sausage and bacon too. It ain’t Conechu but beats the britches off of hillshire or johnsonville
