Many thanks for the video. It's very useful to look at a video before diving in to do the job. Just one very minor correction, to remove the bottom shock bolt it says use an E16 socket. It is in fact an E14, or at least it is on my 2009 model.
Great video . My long E14 bottom bolt on the 451 got stuck whilst undoing the rear shocks, It is out about 10mm only and won't turn in or out . I am afraid if I apply more force I will shear the head off. What to do now ? The car makes a loud noise over any bumps.
