Dear Rohail this song is an Innovation in the music industry bringing different musical instruments and artists from around the globe under one roof put me in a state of Trance,No musican has ever done this in whole world before what you have introduced to this world,Somebody please take Nobel prize from Obama and give it to Rohail,i am sure the big names around the world will watch and listen this and will be deserpate to learn how rohail does it,Love pakistan for this... Cheers from Scotland.
Mr gates, believe me, this is the best praising acknowledgement I have seen ever since the coke studio has started for Rahail Hayat and coke studio. God Bless you.
How come more than 100 people dislike this performance? Wow. The more I dig into these Rohail's productions for Coke Studio, the more I get fascinated by the musicality.
"Jeet jeet ke umr guzaari, hun tu haar faqiraa...Jeetay daa muul ek kaseera, atay haarey daa muul heera" Wow this speaks volume, the 'jeet' here refers to living by our own accord which has made us delusional. However, by losing in other words submitting to your spiritual guide will you attain the ultimate victory.
Next she explains this Jeet...."mani sakhi hussain razawaan ishq dian....Karbal de vich vekh wafawan ishq dian" Imam Hussain sacrificed his family and himself against an autocratic regime in Karbala for the love/ishq of God.......So his death is the real Jeet and his wafa for his beloved is outworldly
simply great!!!!!!! quite more elaborated than jazz..simpler than classic...a mix of great instrumentists, tendencies, harmoniously arranged among diverse ethnic sounds. 2 great musical vocalist icons: Sayeen and Sanam together!!!! I think that Rohail is a genius when he combines such a colection of such different musicians...destilling their best.
thanks for your consideration, I love this kind of performance and music...every detail...every instrument...every godly devotion, just amazing inspiring
It sure is an amazing melodious, rhythmic composition ... hands off to ALL the musicians, vocalists, engineers, directors and producers ... however, a quick suggestion ... for our kids, for our future generation, even ourselves (who knows very little about classical sufi literature)... it would be nice that in the end they continue playing just the music and present the text related to the story and context of the lyrics, like who was Sultan Bahu, and how Hussain accepted the will of love in Karbala , and why Sachal Sarmast knocks on the door, and what does the whole metaphor of camel-driver narration means?
Divine !! Even listening to such a soul touching music connects you to some transcendental superior being. You may call Allah/Waheguru/God/Bhagwan. Suffism is the way to connect to God.
Most of the divinity in Sufi compositions comes from rejection of social norms all together, which put a constraint on social development, that is why Sikh gurus had to reject the compositions from most of the contemporary Sufis to be included in their Holy compilation. But Sufis like Sheik Farid were included, but they are not as famous as others who are not. But again In this dark age that is expected. Ripandeep Singh
+Ethan Hunt Sufism also attracts a lot of hatred from Daesh/IS/Taliban etc. Today is a very sad day in Pakistan as the Sufi shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalander (in Sewan, Sindh) was attacked by terrorists. Many innocents lives lost.
senormassao Whenever a new way social emerges, it attracts questioning from the preexisting norms. In fact every new religion in its start, faced the opression. Eg. - Christianity, Budhism, Sufis condemend the corruption of Islamic norms, that is why conservative of Islam still feel challenged, There are many sects. in Islam and there all clash time, right from the start of Islam.
All awsome musiciens you are, with a special crazy love to Sanam marvi, for her voice, softness in a flesh body and her soul. Please more and more and more... Ad lib
Rohail- Quality is a meaningless word for your marvelous work. I am speechless. I have no comments or words for your music composing/ composition, engineered music patching, mental approach, idea making & Visual directions. I think I can not write more- my vocabulary/ word bank is truly empty, But I wanna say you are SUPERB!

mind boggling....m speechless.....hats off to all the members of coke studio pakistan....n rohail hyaat..u r growing more innovative as always....hats off to u 2.....amazing..amazing..amazing......love u pakistan....real music....real taste.....wowwwww.........love u all.....
Wow, He is amazing and so soul-inspiring. If not, then his soul is that of an old soul, in touch with magic. I don't know why , but Saieen Zahoor, always makes me want to cry every time I hear his voice and songs, His voice touches my heart and soul. just like Kanwar Grewal, who wants me to get up and start dancing and Satinder Sartaaj. I wish, they all with Arif Lohar and Wadali Bros, with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, ALL contribute together. Sanam, Gulzar Akhtar Hadiqa Kiani, and the Kakkar and Nooran Sisters contribute for female voices. That would be the blissful ultimate in Sufi Music. He must be in his 70's, at least. Absolutely amazing.
there is no better music in world than COKE STUDIO PAKISTAN..such an awesome quality and real music..there'z no boundries of the sufi music in universe .. loved too much !!!!!
Yeah the man who’s sitting in balcony with breathtaking greenery is actually from chitagong Bangladesh 🇧🇩 ... if u see Bts of this song it shows how They used many different folk instrumwnts from Bd, , Nepal 🇳🇵 Morocco 🇲🇦 and Italy 🇮🇹 to produce This masterpiece

Rohail Hyatt Quits from Coke Studio By Sami Iqbal..... as appeared in www.brandsynario.com The man himself, Rohail Hyatt, left his grieving fans with these final words on the official Coke Studio platform: “Dear friends, I wish to thank you all for the love and support you have shared with me over the years. As the producer of Coke Studio in Pakistan, I have had the privilege to work with some of the finest talent and interact with a vast number of people who have shared their thoughts and gratitude over the years. It has been quite a journey. From the 1st season when we had absolutely no clue as to what we were doing to the 6th season when we still had no clue as to what we were doing.. This is what made this journey so wonderful - not knowing. At the end of the day, what made the experience memorable is the amazing response the listeners and audience of Coke Studio gave to the work. With 3 million Facebook fans, 100 million views on RUclips and 13 million views for season 6 on Vimeo, I feel very content and I cannot thank you enough for the love, appreciation and criticism you have showered on the offerings. Thank you! As of late, there seem to be rumours flying around that I will not be producing the next season of Coke Studio in Pakistan. This is true. I’m changing course for personal reasons. But my journey of exploring the depths of our heritage and sharing it with the world will continue.. I simply opted out of producing season 7 for personal reasons.. I wish the new producers of Coke Studio well. They are an amazing team and I’m sure they will do justice to the platform. They have my full support and blessing. Good luck to them!" Rohail
Abdul Ghafoor So sad. I don't know much about Rohail. But this programme Coke studio Pakistan is surely a wonderful creation. He is giving some talk at aUS university tomorrow, I think.
Ingenious composition and collection of musicians, instruments from all over the world and yet mostly singers singing folk music of Pakistan with such excellent composition. Rohail Hayat you are a genius and a pride not just for Pakistan and Coke but for the music industry in the world. You are the one making the world as one without borders. I keep saying that with all the electronic communication and media country borders are meaningless and we are to live in harmony and peace in the world with such music bringing all of us together regardless of the song languages. Please read the book, "Observation, Perception & Questions".
I think season 6 episode 1 thru 3 of Pakistani singers with Turkish counterparts has changed the quality of the music for not only for Pk but to equally competative footing with the western world. Great job Mr. Rohail Hayatt and thanks for your service to your country.
Awesome song.. One of my friend took me here... But before watching or listening to this song, Watch the efforts in making this song. All these instruments were not actually present in the studio, they were played from different countries. And every instrument played its part...
Cross cultural collaboration at its peak .. A masterpiece worth listening and a treat to your ears. Please remind me of listening this masterpiece again and again by notifying me
This is one of the best of Coke studio, blending sounds from all over and saieen zahoor and sanam marvi rock, rohail hyatt hats off for pulling it off, especially the sound from nepal, thats the most melodious piece
I had stopped watching Coke studio since Rohail had left it. It was monotonous afterwards. Rohail gives me back the memories of nostalgic 80's and I remember how he set a standard for upcoming bands then. We grew up with vital signs music, and their music grew in us. Rohail is 'elite' class, though Strings are good, but none can match this one man show.
Same here brother,no charm left for true music lovers after Rohail. The music they are producing now adays is just crap.nothing else.no innovation, nothing to feel.just teasing us
This is Music in its best form, it cant get any purer. Thanks Rohail for sharing such talent under the lights of Saieen and Sanam Marvi. Its a pleasure to listen to them unaccountable times.
The season 6 was the culmination of Rohail's musical journey bringing in sounds from Africa, Eastern Europe, Himalayas and Brahmaputrs river in Bangladesh. Just to harness all this amazing treasure trove of music shows the depth of his knowledge about music. Perhaps it wasn''t for the masses thats why he had to quit after that season, but to those not tuned to the traditional hip hop music, this is just magic.
I love this klam...I think i hear this many times a day and night..there is soul soothing magic in this....I am never tired of listening to this...I am mad to listen it...god bless
if rohail hadn't left after this season i wonder what kinda fresh sounds and incredible level of music we would have been introduced to by now.. season 6 never gets old..it just feels better with time
Ye composition kisi din mere jaaan lylygeee , 5 saal se sun raha ho ye kalam jb bhe sunta ho aysaaa lgta h music mein kuch new discover krlia ,. Kudos to rohail hayat .
Heavenly! We need more of Saieen Zahoor! Even though this season was generally deplored in Pakistan, I think it was visionary of Rohail Hyatt to have conceived it. Diversity is one aspect in which I consider CS Pakistan to be lagging behind CS India. This season addressed it admirably.
Commendable job to include such diversity in just 1 song.Though at times it feels that there are just a lot more instruments playing than actually required..
Rohail Hyatt miss u man. Miss u like i've never missed anything. With all my heart i want to see u back in cokestudio pakistan. Its not complete without u.
love you saein zahoor ji te sanam ji Allah twadi lambi hiyati kry.. twadi awaz bullay shah sarkar, hazrat sultan baho, mian muhammad bux, waris shah de kalam nal sada buland rahy..
It deserves more views..much much more....such a class ...its pitty Pakistani always wait for other to appreciate first than they realize what asset they have...come on..value ur assets before u lose them..
Coke Studio Pakistan has a lot of seasons and this is one of the early ones when Coke Studio was not a household name as it is today. It takes time and patience to build an audience. Stop blaming Pakistanis for everything.
Bhai is tarh ka sofi song phir nahi ban sakta mashallah rohail hayyat sahab boht khub app harbar dil khush kar dete ho ALLAH apko aur apke fimely hamesh khush rakhe
Rohail you should keep doing such projects, really loved the idea of world musicians coming together on one platform to produce such amazing sounds. This project doesn't have to be under Coke Studio but ~eight songs like these in a year is nothing much to ask for.
So good to see sain zahoor finally getting some recognition but still nowhere near what he deserves
Yes u r right
Rohail hayyat is back for season 12 plz check
still not
Agreed
U deserve applaud for identifying a true artist. His voice connects to heart.

Theri mami? what´s that?
retards my friend, retards are everywhere.. :)
There should be no reason to hate such a soulful composition...
I agree.
these people dont have a good taste in music.
they´re perhaps comparing to an easier listening kind of music such as contemporary pop.
How can this Masterpiece go unnoticed? How on EARTH???
Should be released again
We need to spread this masterpiece again. It deserves more than 100 million views.
Maybe our audience do not deserve it
Masterpiece indeed
Only a few people are on the journey to find themselves, that's why it's unnoticed by the masses
What was that
I am not able to recollect my senses
Rohail hyatt is not from this planet. This is out of the world music
"Jeet jeet ke umr guzaari, hun tu haar faqiraa...Jeetay daa muul ek kaseera, atay haarey daa muul heera"

Rohail Hyatt Quits from Coke Studio
By Sami Iqbal..... as appeared in www.brandsynario.com

“Dear friends, I wish to thank you all for the love and support you have shared with me over the years. Grimbert Olivier the drummers are from Itly
This is what happens when east meets west in music :)
Sanam Marvi and Saain Zahoor...wow...wat a combo ...
Heavenly! We need more of Saieen Zahoor!
Even though this season was generally deplored in Pakistan, I think it was visionary of Rohail Hyatt to have conceived it. Diversity is one aspect in which I consider CS Pakistan to be lagging behind CS India. This season addressed it admirably.
jitni tareef ki jaye kam hai wah Great pakistan great singer's amazing
Thank you to Mr.Rohail to make amazing continuation. Salam to Miss Sanam Marvi , your voice Allah Created in his own hand. God bless you Mam.
ROHAIL HAYAT pride of Pakistan....
No Doubt
Commendable job to include such diversity in just 1 song.Though at times it feels that there are just a lot more instruments playing than actually required..
1001 Tx ................... whowww .. .. Greez from Switzerland

Instruments, lyrics, composition, rhythms, transitions, breaks, up downs on its peak .......master piece by Rohal Hayatt...
amazing.......... heart touching voice ...Sanam Marvi. God gifted voice
Why don't we get to see these musical marvels so often...Sad for the music fraternity
This piece shows me what CS Pakistan is capable of.Simply divine
Awesome.....I simply love this composition.
Listening it again after few months, it never gets old. So divine music. kudos to the creators.

Rohail you should keep doing such projects, really loved the idea of world musicians coming together on one platform to produce such amazing sounds. This project doesn't have to be under Coke Studio but ~eight songs like these in a year is nothing much to ask for.
Ishq piyala aab hayaati jis thi peeti o maut gawati .. Beautiful❤
