  • In this episode of Game Break we look at the post position and how much work the 2 Meter player needs to put in before he gets the ball. We see the hole set go back door, reseal, drive his man back and draw an ejection for his team. This is a great video to watch for all levels, from beginner to advanced and any position. For perimeter players it's also important they understand how hard their center is working so they work equally hard to work the ball around and give them a good set pass. ‪@Shaquatics‬

    Sucks at lower levevls if there is only 1 ref tho :D
    But yea, this is how I play as a mini center. "Showing the shoulder" is usually the start of a stroke to change direction. If he holds, I use his body to turn underwater (and kinda pull player over me). Doesn't work too great, broke my nose 3 times last season :)

      Ouch, yes I would recommend not going under water for your nose’s sake! And having only one ref is soooo difficult. It’s impossible to see everything.
