Instant Kasoori Methi

Methi 1 bunch
clean it , Remove stem and wash properly the leaves . and let it dry for sometime.
Spread leaves on a microwave safe plate and cook for 1 minute.
Remove it from Microwave and spread with the help of hand .
Again put it in microwave for 2 mintue and remove . After 1 minute again put in Microwave for 2 mintue.
Remove it and crush with the help of your Hand .
your Kasoori Methi is ready.
