honestly for me, going to bed a lot earlier than i originally think helps me wake up early. this may sound obvious so i’m sorry if it is but it wasn’t for me at first lmao i was going to bed from 11-1 and trying to wake up at 5 and then wondering why it didn’t work haha, now if i want to wake up at 5 i go to bed the night before at 8:30-10 (but the earlier the better). also another thing that helped me is gradually getting up earlier
