But I have a genuine passion in UI/UX designing and front end developing and have been designing and working with react frameworks for personal portfolio since 15 yrs old. I have a few questions. 1.Does working as a UI/UX engineer mean I get to both handle the designing process and front-end development? I don’t want to go to backend developing because I’m not strong with advanced mathematics. I’m not that bright when it comes to analytical thinking. 2. Depends mchn. Like you aren’t the only UI/UX graduate that’s out there. Plenty are there. For UI/UX you might not need to have that much of Math knowledge but there could be other graduates who are on other fields that might apply to the same position. Give a look at Back end development as well with cloud technology. Companies look at the extra edge graduates have when taking them in or at least experience. Because it’s easy for them to recruit ppl who don’t need that much of training. But that doesn’t necessarily mean you need to know all the tech stacks either. Learn the basic concepts of these and have a firm knowledge on those.
