No, if you haven't added that 4 A name servers, it is not attached with Google CDN and will take longer time to open from india and i think maybe your site will not redirect from non www to www url. Check that once also.
Bro, it doesn't have any relation for getting traffic from usa. Blogger uses a default Google-CDN , like cloudflair. So it will help your site to open quicker from any location. If you want to get US traffic then write something that us people are searching. You can get topics from Google trends.

Bro instead of those plugin, use the importer of WordPress. This is the best option. Goto tools then import then blogger, a plugin will be downloaded automatically. Then import the xml file you git from blogger and upload that. And that's it.

I followed ur all instructions but www k sath to redirect hota but http k sath Kuch show nhi hota ...r simple likho without www r https k to redirect nhi hota bes Domain open hota
Koi vi domain provider se ho that doesn't matter. 1) check with all of my dns record, take a screenshot and match one by one. If found any record isn't matching delete that, and for better clearity delete all other record for a short time, you can add those later. 2) check if you have done any redirection from the domain provider's side. If yes, then remove that. Hope your problem will solve. And don't rush wait for atleast 12hours after changing any DNS record.
