I don't think so because When you registered your self in NTA mock test it's provide a place near to your residence. For practice you can join career endeavor mock test in your leptop. But it looks little different.

Digital Question Paper will be available withing 2-3 days of Exam and answer key will be available in a week

No that question will not be evaluated. Actually it won't be selected either. You have to press save and next
