What I really appreciate about your videos is they make me forget that there is a person in the water, by the tripod, or on the beach operating the drone, working for long hours to capture the action. When I am watching the videos I feel like I am a fish/seagull/turtle on the island and watching the windsurfers as part of nature. Thank you!

I’ve been living and windsurfing Maui for about 30 years. Most of this video is from Kanaha Uppers. All those palm trees and houses on the beach are clearly that spot. There are almost no trees at Ho’okipa beach park. Some of the video looks like Ho’okipa, but not much. I DO love this spit, though. If I was wealthy, I would definitely buy one of those homes. One of the few places on Maui where you can sail from your house.
