Some ridiculous pin positions with the speed of the greens, + a little wind thrown in. As a golfer, I accept the fact that if I hit it in a bad spot that is my fault. But when green speeds & slopes combine to take my ball 100 feet from where it was hit is just stupid. I'll always remember Payne Stewart's 3 foot birdie putt at the US Open at Olympic one year. He tried to die it in across the slope, it took a turn under the hole & he had 60 feet for his par.
I played a course like this once and I have never hated golf like that in my entire life. I would rather play in a thunderstorm where at least u know your ball will stop.
Ah yes I have, go up north in michigan during peak summertime. Where they hardly water the course and just let nature takes its course. And everything is nothing but hills after hills LMAO
Seems like really poor course design or pin placement, at least. And just think what that would do to the pace of play. Southern Hills should be embarrassed.
No. Those are unfair greens. They have no place in golf. The best greens are wickedly, horribly difficult,, but the ball will come to rest. Oakland Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Some of the toughest greens anyone ever wanted,, like putting the hood of a 1956 Buick,, but,, The ball will come to rest. A ball that comes fully to rest,, and then rolls backwards 40 yards from the pin. No.
Course Architect: "So how can I make hitting the green a 'high risk - no reward' thing?
When tigers ball rounded off the green at 2:15 ,the guy ha ha ha I love it. Lol
Seems more like "conditions are silly" than "golf is hard."
More if this. It gives us courage to go on.

Welcome to Oklahoma
I’m reminded of a frustrated Daly in that one US Open when they had the greens and pin placements so unfair he hit a moving ball on purpose.
Pinehurst
Phil also did a non stop ball
Makes you think that sometimes it’s the correct play!
This isn't hard, it's just unfair. I don't think anyone wants this.
Intense course.
Sout Hills Is At its finest

Doubt you played at a course anywhere near southern hills level
@@ThinkHarderr nothing ever happens.

@@jakbayano5420 Bruh what course??
I love golf go Rory
Who set this course up? The USGA ?
Fun fact, only 1 player in this video shot a 58.
That ball rolling away is like Jim furyks career. In my opinion, underachieved. Choked a few big ones away
I'm pretty sure all of our courses are this rude here in Oklahoma. This makes me feel better that I'm not bad at golf, it's just our courses!!!
Oh I will try, the greens are dry
Nickety Nackety No, no, no
The ball must stay but rolls away
Nickety Nackety No no no.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Ridiculous conditions. Who would want to play or watch the pros play this??
Well, those are some very tough greens but then again those are tour golfers so it's better than giving them "lawn dart" greens.
Unfair, does the USGA/ PGA think anyone wants to see this?
How in all that's holy is this the latest video right now? omg is the pga this disfunctional?
What is this music
Welcome to golf in oklahoma
Put the ball into the cup. That's the whole objective of golf. Two chops and a plop.
Golf is hard. That's why I need to retire, but first need more subscribers.
Poor Jim
More like golf greens too hard.
Something wrong with that course.
The duck is this green??

With those horrible greens I would just withdraw...pointless ?
Is that a golf course , or a house of mirrors?!
