These are not judges, they are just bunch of bullies. They went on harassing the guy mentally and blaming him though he was apologetic about what he had done. This is their way of bullying people- if you dont write the truth in your form, you are a lier. If you write the truth regarding some mistake you might have done in the past, you are eternally to be blamed and bullied for it even if you have redeemed yourself.

But after doing it they say that even that task can't get him selected for the show. I mean like then why did you make him shave his part of head ? They felt that they lost the battle when he did it. And you have no clue how Roadies work. These guys won't even listen to the people who seriously filled it. They will not even give chance for an audition. They will only give chance If you wrote something crazy.
