This got addressed a couple of months ago - from Melania Trump's best friend. She said that Melania would give him advice on how to stand to make his body look smaller/thinner. So he leans forward and pushes his body in when he talks so that he looks slimmer than he is.

Trump's Weird Standing Posture: he's wearing lifts to make himself taller. That's the only possible explanation. That also explains his weird way of dancing: standing in place and gyrating, but absolutely no foot movement. If he tried to do that, he'd tip over. Like a punching clown that doesn't come back up.

God didn't give us His Word so we could live like the ways of whomever comes down the pike. He gave us His Word so we would KNOW how He wants us to live. No matter what you think of Trump, he is not going to uphold all these evil doings - thank God. That is our sole purpose for wanting him re-elected. If you are for all these things that spit in God's face, I can't help you. I can tell you that if you care about what God has said to us - then read the Bible and read the New Testament - and He shows us in the Old Testament too- find out what HE wants. It's important to me to live like God has told us to live. We are going to live either in heaven or hell some day - everyone of us, and I think I'd prefer to end up in heaven with God, rather than burning forever - as Jesus warned us in the first book of the New Testament. If you don't mind going to hell, just keep believing everything that's going on now is alright, but one day you will wish very strongly than you did it God's way.

That for sure, but he is also trying to hide his obese gut, the baggy clothing and ling ties, from the front it is supposed to be slimming, he doesn't realize that we can see him from other angles too. Lifts in the shoes, back breaking posture, and and all the salt in his fast food, no wonder he's grumpy after standing for more than ten minutes, with his weight, I bet his feet swell up at night like balloons. He's so vain that he's willing to permanently jack up his lower back.
That's how I feel like I'm standing when I throw out my back.

Real reason is he wears lifts in his shoes. That's why he had difficulty walking down the tilted ramp at West Point.
The real reason is that he knows most pictures will be taken in 'portrait' style: head, shoulders, and most of torso. He does not want people to see his big belly, so he tucks his gut back which also causes butt to go back. With face, chest, and belly more or less aligned vertically, he looks more fit than he actually is.
Though, I agree his lifts caused problems on the ramp.

Just as an FYI, -he wears lifts in his shoes cuz he thinks it makes him look more powerful when he towers over others, but that also contributes to his 'leaning over' weirdness. -he sits weirdly partially because he wears diapers due to severe (bowel) incontinence.
