I went to Bhutan in June 2015. I visited Thimphu, Paro, Trongsa, Punakha, Bumthang and Phobjikha. Almost everyday we encountered rains. At one point, we travelled along a road and after 5 minutes that section of the road was washed off into the valley below. The terrain and views are fabulous all along. I went by flights. For the first time I travelled by air and was very fortunate to go by 42 seater ATR. Last few minutes of the flight were awesome. Coming back we had Airbus. The pilots are amazingly skilled to navigate to and from the runway. The views from air are breathtaking. We tried Ema datshi, Kewa datshi, Vegetable soup, pumpkin soup, potato soup, momos, fried rice ... After heavy showers for more than 15 hours we hiked to Taktsang monastery or Tiger's Nest. We ad planned to leave hotel at 6am, but could leave after 11am. That evening I experienced hot stone bath for the only time in my life.
Good question but I don’t a good answer at this point in time. I’ll surely make a video on this in an year or so when both life and my income is a bit more stable 👍👍
You look too suave wearing a gho. There can be innumerable stories relating to Bhutan including the currency Ngultrum, Druk the national symbol, Kuensel the national daily and Dzonkha the language.

Thanks for the feedback, but this isn't something I can do anything about. My name is what it is...it's the legacy of my parents and so is very important to me :)

Haha…I think my guide did a good job in dressing me up 😅
And yes, I do have a lot more left to explore in Bhutan. I plan to go back someday soon…
