Please keep making videos like this, becasuse I'm sure more questions will arise, and when the "Second Chapter" is released.....even more!
Also, this is the only place I've seen these rules explained with such clarity.

Can a character have negative attack ? That maximus card that does -2 on a target character. if you drop opponents hook card would hooks damage stat would be -1 or 0? Because when he gets challenged he gets the +2 attack stat.

    • @glimmergangpod

Couple of things here. Maximus' effect ends at the end of your turn and Hooks only works on your opponents, so they don't interact (with current card pool).

      1. Both
      2. It technically works both ways, BUT each card with that effect currently specifies "during your turn", so until we gain some kind of forced Challenge effect, no

Can you shift onto the same card ? for example - When I shift Tinker Bell Giant Fairy onto Tinker Bell Tiny Tactician can I then play Giant Fairy onto another Giant Fairy ?

Yes. All Shift cares about is the name, not sub-name

@@daniellebackus819 With Blue Hades that send characters to the inkwell for a good example. Everything underneath have to follow the leader meaning 3 extra ink next turn. It could be a play if you are low on ink and you have enough to shift for 4 to get that extra 1 damage and everything then swing because the ink is dry. There are loads of different ways and reasons that you could play the same card on top of another.

Yes. You can do your turn in whatever order you choose. There are no "phases"

Question about Elsa - Spirit of Winter: It says that I can exert two opposing characters which won’t be readied at the beginning of the opponent’s turn. What if the opponent’s characters are all exerted at the time when I play Elsa (because he exerted them during his turn)? Can I still pick them for Elsa’s ability, so that they won’t be readied at the beginning of my opponent’s next turn? Or can I only pick characters which are not exerted at the moment I play the Elsa card? (i.e. characters which my opponent did not exert during his last turn)

Dang! let it go/7drop hades a shifted character turning into 2 ink is wild, that makes the cost of using that removal on shifted characters hard to say its worth while 😅,

Like having a character that counts as 1 card in the field become two ink when it enters the ink well is a bit busted in my book 📚
