In SMB1 and 3, it's an almost completely 8-bit remix; in SMW, NSMBU, and SM3DW, it's a remix I honestly would prefer the original over.

The NES doesn't have tempo limits that strict. If it is slower, I'd just chalk it up to a mistake (Bulby's human, after all)
