Xcaret park is located in Playa del Carmen, on Chetumal - Puerto Juarez Federal Highway km 282, in the state of Quintana Roo
If you are in Cancun
Distance: 45 miles (74km) south of Cancun International Airport, toward Tulum
Travel time: About 1 h. In a taxi price of a one-way ride is between 80-$100
If you are in Playa del Carmen
Distance: 4 miles (6 km) from Playa del Carmen toward Tulum
Travel time: 15m. In a taxi the price of a one-way ride is $15
If you are in Tulum
Distance: 35 miles (57 km) north, toward Playa del Carmen
Travel time: 45m.

It’s cheaper to get by taxi from Playa del Carmen to Xcaret instead of paying transportation with Xcaret?
No, Is better the transportation by xcaret. Taxis in cancun and riviera maya are expensive
