I truly appreciate Evanescence's style, I love that their sound is completely unique. I honestly believe Evanescence deserves far more credit! Now to be honest, they do sound like a goth band ^_^ which is a good thing! (More so lyrically). Their lyrics are so dark yet beautiful at the same time! If I ever form a band, my biggest inspiration would be Evanescence. "Call Me When You're Sober" is the first song I heard from them as well!

About a month after we broke up, he called me to tell me that he had just gotten out of rehab for alcoholism. This song and "Lithium" both suited that horrid relationship too well.
