Nice list but one thing of not with the Black Meteor. If you summon it off of its effect, it becomes level 7 therefore it can't be used to XYZ into Atum
He was referring to how you can summon it off Rom's effect if u special summon an extra deck monster into an arrow Rom points to. When Meteor is summoned that way it remains level 6 and can't be used as link material. Therefore allowing you to go into Atum.
