Ngl Fireknife dance was a great highlight. Wish it was allowed. i was HOLLERING when the guy goes “aaahh St Louis…St Louis???”😂😂😂😂 Salute to St Louis for that one.
Great job to all the students/instructors/musicians and parents who came out to celebrate our culture. Months and months of hard work, practice, choreography, etc! Awesome job everyone!
Congratulations and a big fa’amalo to all the schools. Malo le fa’aeaea nu’u. Personally for me, Radford was my favorite. They once again stood out. It’s crazy how they are so detailed oriented. From the white bands on their wrists to show their hand movements better rather than seeing a blur, to the best part about them - their constantly changing formations!!! They are heads above the rest (what a work out). They are entertaining from beginning to end and I’m never bored when they’re onstage. Another thing about them is they stuck to their fita fita theme throughout the entire performance. Who are their choreographers?! The kids put their all into it and commit 100% to their performance. Last year too was soooo amazing with their homage to the victims of the tsunami. After last year’s performance (my first), I looked forward to theirs the most this year and they did not disappoint!!! My kids go to a school without a Samoan club so I may convince them to go to Radford’s Samoan club😂 Does anyone know if they accept kids from different schools?

Must be a new generation of Samoans walking on the money and crowd (06:33:20) the taupou while she's dancing her heart out from months of preparation. Interesting times. Se Keste lol
@@InnocentEagle-xp2gybro, your bloodline probably have some amazing legends who had military careers and you talking ish. Se, embrace the creativity and applaud the story telling of their high school connection to our culture. Are you even watching, bro, Polo... lol
Watching from Brisbane and im just in awe and so proud seeing all these kids embrace their Samoan heritage and culture! Well done to the organisers, PCC and everyone involved, malo tausi nuu, malo le faaeaea! Great event, and im so proud of the palagi/non-Samoan students dancing in the various groups too. Yall done amazing!! Keep this event going, cant wait to visit the festival one day!! 💯❤️🙌
lol I think it’s hard when your co-mc wasn’t really playing along either; especially in those moments of extending time. so he did a lot of heavy lifting on that end, imo. But overall they both helped push the show along
I love watching the May Day in Hawaii each year or whenever I can. BUT OMG this MC guy was not the business.. just terrible. Rude to his cohost cutting her off while she’s trying to make an announcement, then his jokes and commentary is discussing. He’s not funny nor a good MC ever. Maybe for karaoke BUT not for this festival. Ruined the festival.

Good to see Kap, Delsa, Steve, and Crease Paul again. Yes, you are all getting old. But I don't think you'll ever be replaced!

MC, next year, advised love ones to just place the money in the baskets, and stay away from the Taupou's dance so she can have her moment.
Sorry ass Radford, disgrace to my Bloodline?? Military clowns
