I was able to clear the error at the end, and this was helpful but I am looking for a method to call this form from a button on the Inventor taskbar and control Inventor assembly parameters directly via the form, not have an iLogic rule as an interface... is there a follow-up for that?

Is it possible to update the Inventor model without closing the dialog box?
I believe the error you are running into is because you need to include your Form Class inside a Namespace
