I have the 19 Si ktuner 2.5" exhaust & drop in k&n filter 21psi not 23 don't wanna push 2 the max. Feels sooo much better. Took off the y-pipe and both Mufflers & resonator using custom bent pipe with MagnaFlow Muffler & it sounds so smooth and quiet & this car is freaking fast for what it is. Maybe downpipe and midpipe later with a cat then get it turned on the dyno. Nice 🚗💨 BTW
The only thing in the USA most tuners will not tune a car with aftermarket cats and definitely bo cats because the government is fining tuner company’s which sucks. Because when you go for emissions on your car it throughs a code whether there’s a check engine light on or not. Therefore you’ll have to put your factory cat back on just to pass emissions

Furthermore, I think the car has a knock sensor that changes the ignition timing caused by the difference in the fuel quality. Still, I would like to eliminate knocking altogether to preserve the engine.

Just want to make sure I order the right stuff so I don’t waste money
Tony Castillo yea I’m still on a stock clutch. Unfortunately they all start to skip after making some good power but mines only around 6 gear at 2500rpm if I try to accelerate hard and don’t down shit

Depends on which one your tuner prefers. If you have someone who does Dyno tubing that you wanna go to, ask them which they prefer working with. They both have their advantages and disadvantages

Hey just had a question. Whenever I use the tsp stage 1 tune I get a misfire at high rpm. Have u ever experienced this.Ive already changed the spark plugs made sure they were gapped correctly and checked pretty much everything else I can think. I'm thinking it's an injector issue since I have a rough idle at all times especially with the ac or heat on. Dealership won't diagnose the car because of my down pipe.
@@ChrisLowpes yea only 93 since first fillup. The dealership technician said it could be an injector because he seen them go bad before but not sure. car only has 30k miles and it's a 17 SI.
That’s really odd, I’m assuming you’ve tried checking any codes? Also try maybe re uploading the tune. Worst case try messaging TSP and see if anyone else has the same issue!
BOV is also going to cause it to run rich. The overall wear and tear that will cause is not worth the psssht sound. I have an Injen SRI in mine due to the extremely wet weather here in Florida and the seriously low mount location of the CAI. Some debate on the SRI performance because of the heat in the engine bay, but it's doing just fine with the heat shield provided . Just need to get tuned now.
This video is actually the reason I bought my 2019 Si. I couldn’t be happier with the far, I’ve already put on 110,000 miles and no issues whatsoever.

I’d definitely get the intercooler and chargepipes before the CAI. You’ll see a good difference in temps!

This is just c0mm0n s3nse....Don't try 2 Accelerate HARD in 5th or 6th gear (SI's OD gears), U shouldn't slip 2 bad in 4th...

You can use Ktuner or Hondata to get rid of the CEL if you choose to install a Dp
Don’t you have problem with oil solution? Or modifying the engine you prevent that?
