RK's 'Everything' mods (Turbo Everything, Twincharge Everything, Universal Engines, etc.) don't add more turbo's or superchargers to your existing vehicle, rather they override the already installed aspiration upgrades within the engine tab. So if you have an already turbocharged engine without RK's mod, and you use that mod to add a turbo charger, it wont really do anything except change the characteristics of the existing turbo.
