Let us say Rahul Gandhi is not articulate enough to continue a speech or debate and, therefore, he had to find some excuse to extricate himself from speaking in the parliament. Parliament is not a place to make off the cuff remarks like he does in the rallies or an interaction with a journalist.
We have many investigating agencies available. Put them on the job to find out how the question papers were leaked. Why can't they wait for the report to come ? Why the congress took up this case on the first day only?
Be happy with the presidentship of your party. Why are you diminishing your own respect!
