      At bridge balance condition(deflection current is zero), both circuits can be treated parallel to each other. To satisfy KCL both voltages will be same...
      You can understand it by watching my De Sauty's Bridge video 2:40

      There is no need to represent R1 separately because it is the resistance of the self-inductor.
