    Another outstanding video! I have two questions that I was hoping you could answer. Is there any visualization that we should focus on when doing the kata? In the first video you mentioned visualizing air / chi coming down and going around your waist and then up your back? Should that be part of it or should a beginner just focus on the physical aspects (contraction and expansion). Also, should the anus be tightened on contraction or expansion (or is it clenched throughout the kata)? Thank you.
