Give Away Labels: Embrace Consciousness, Experience Freedom
In our quest for spiritual growth, we often find ourselves entangled in labels and concepts that we believe define our experiences. We become attached to ideas of a separate “God” or a distinct “self,” and we think we are giving something away or receiving something from outside of ourselves. But what if we could let go of these labels and realize the truth of our inherent oneness with Consciousness?
Bentinho eloquently puts it:
“You’re not actually giving it away, you’re only pretending to give something away. There’s not even a something to give away. It’s all pretense.”
When we understand that there’s nothing truly separate from Consciousness, we see the illusion of giving or receiving. We recognize that it’s all a play of Consciousness, a beautiful pretense that we can continue to enjoy even as we see through its illusory nature.
