Welcome to homeschooling! I often encourage homeschool moms to get self-care using alarms. Set an alarm, leave it outside your door, tell the kids they can’t interrupt until the alarm goes off. (Dependent on their age).

Can I suggest the book "Teach your child to read in 100 easy lessons", you will never need a sight word as the book is so effective that by lesson about 70 they can read pretty much anything. Lessons are only about 15 mins
