Thank you for your interesting insight! Where should I better place my hyperlink in a form, in a query, or elsewhere? Thank you
Store in the Table.
Thank you@@EdcelleJohnGulfan
This is really helpful, thank you. Do you also have a tutorial on creating the Browse button used in this video?

By the way, thanks for visiting this channel.
Thank you for the VDO sir. And can I create multiple hyperlinks in one field?
MS Access doesn't support multiple hyperlinks in a single field.
Hello. Interesting. Thanks!
Do you know how we can work with relative paths? I read some infos around the "hyperlink base" but I'm confused how to use it?
It works if the files is the desktop.
Informative, sir as you show how to import exel file, can you please tell me that i want to import an employee picture which should paste in Image section "JPEG"; how it will?
Refer to the link below.

You can download the sample.
If the attachments change folder or name in the computer or network, does it lose the link inside the database. I have a lot forms filled by somebody else from government and I have to get information from the form and feed the database and I think it's not productive, instead, it would be better to view the data from the form by clicking on the attachment that eliminate typing because the attachments have to be stored anyway. However if the job does not allow me to keep only the form without putting all the information of the form in the database, then, is there a way. I can import the information into access from the PDF form? It would be so nice if it's possible to eliminate the typing that are the MRN#, Country, Race, Completed Treatment Date, Started Treatment Date, etc. The pdf document structure has table, one cell has Completed Treatment Date, the another cell of the table, has the date. So is possible to import them into access or in excel? It would be so nice if so. Sometimes I have 50 or more forms, and I have to search one by MRN# that is not smart and did not the system method and I want to improve it.
Put your files/attachment in a secured location/server. Because once it is rename, you will lose the link.
Sir pwidi bang nakalagay ay "click soft copy" lang? Masyado po kasi mahaba ang filepath
You can name what you want in the FIELD NAME like FileLocation or FilePath but you can not change the value of the field. Directory sa file kasi yan mam.
Ano po ba code ginamit sa browse button?
