  • Chocolate Truffle Cup Cake
    Ingredients :
    Maida 100 gm
    Coco Powder 15 gm
    Baking Soda 1/2 TSP
    Powder /Castor sugar 80 gm
    Milk 120 ml
    Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
    Oil 60 ml
    Vanilla 1/2 TSP
    Frosting (Truffle) :
    Dark chocolate 160 gm
    Fresh cream 80 gm
    Method:
    Mix Milk & Vinegar and keep aside for curdling.
    Now in another bowl take sugar and oil . Whisk it. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
    Now in other bowl sieve maida, Coco powder, Baking soda and salt . Add this to wet ingredients. Mix well with hand beater.
    Now take this cake batter in a piping bag.
    For baking, take cupcake tray . Put cupcake lining in it. Now pour the above cake batter , with piping bag in a cup cake liner.
    Preheat the oven at 180°c . Bake the cup cake at 180°c for 18 to 20 min.
    Now for frosting melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler or in a microwave. Now add warm fresh cream to the melted dark chocolate. Or you can warm both chocolate and fresh cream together. Mix well. Cover this mixture and keep in a fridge for 1/2 hour.
    After 1/2 hour take out this chocolate truffle mixture from fridge and beat with beater. Put in a piping bag.(Take double piping bag).
    Now take cup cake and make roseet swirl design with 1 M star nozzel on a cup cake. Sprinkle some sprinklers on it .
