Potato recipe Reproduction of Potato Croquette

Potatoes we can easily get!
Here's a dish that makes the potatoes look better.
I made it with potato croquette and various ingredients.

Croquette
eggplant 80g
500 grams of potatoes
1/4 onions
celery 25g
50g zucchini
30g of red paprika
30g of yellow paprika
a little salt & pepper
croquette batter
50g of flour
100g of bread crumbs
an egg
Basil Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon basil pesto
two to three leaves of fresh basil
100g of tomato sauce (for sale)
a piece of buratta cheese
