What about new Contacts that are created from HubSpot forms? How can they be associated with the parent Company - to later be associated, either manually or via a Workflow, with the appropriate child Company/location?
Hi Sarah, thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! If you have auto company association on (under company settings) then contacts will be linked to a company in HubSpot based on email domain. You can make other associations using workflows if you like with the new workflow associations tool. I hope this helps!
No parent-child associations happen automatically in HubSpot, but you can use the steps in this video to update existing companies as child companies. We hope this helps!
