I am a teacher in a special school were the children has disability,they are also bullied at their old school and community,you will see them doing some shouting,screaming,aggitated,crying etc.so i am so relate on what do you want us to understand and i know that if someone gives you attention and caring that you need you will gain more confidence and appriciation on others,i just want to say you will never be alone my muffin!!!we do love you specially me!!😍😍😍😍just be yourself my muffin,love you!!!😗😗😗
i totally get this, i started the "healthy lifestyle choice" around the same time as you and it really does help not eating a load of crap and even if my mind isnt healthy at least my body is getting healthy so i totally get that, still a long way to go but at least its a start, baby steps lol, thankfully the pills im on dont make me a walking zombie haha , like people that dont go through it cant fully understand it, i currently have to stop like maybe 6-10 times a day because i get overwhelmed with stuff and bullshit intrusive thoughts, which i wont go into the nature of but they arent pleasant, so i just literally walk away and find a quiet space to clear my mind and other than my mum no one gets it they think im weird but its a good job i dont give a shit about their opinions haha i totally respect you for putting it out there and your awesome
