I was devastated when I found out what happened to him. He was severely missed in the first Psych movie. I’m so excited he’s going to be back for the second and I’m loving his role on This Is Us.
I just commented on how sad it was not having him in the first Psych movie also. I cannot wait to see him back in the next one. I want a Psych movie yearly.
I saw another interview where he said that stroke nearly killed him. I was so worried when I first heard about it. I hope he knows that everyone is behind him 100%, and his fans will keep supporting him no matter what.
I watch This is Us but didn't realize he actually had a stroke in real life. I just thought it was an immense teaching moment, don't assume anything because often times people are going through far more than you realize.
My mom is 43 and had one! Her only sign was her hand was numb. Thank goodness we got her to the hospital Saturday because the stroke hit its peak Sunday morning. She too had to relearn EVERYTHING and she is still going through her recovery and has been a total rockstar! TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
Timothy Omundson, has been great in all his roles, my favorites are from Deadwood and Psych. I am so glad that a man and actor of this caliber is making a great recovery. Keep up the great work Mr. Omundson, we need you back in movies and theater.
Love this man! When you look up the definition of courage you will find the name Timothy Omundson and when you search for the synonym of Timothy Omundson you will find Overcomer.
This honestly makes me want to cry. I’ve been a fan of this guy since I was a kid when I first saw him in Luck of the Irish. It was a St. Patricks day movie they played every year on the Disney channel. I loved the show Psych and I was devastated to hear what had happened to him. It’s so exciting to learn that he has worked so hard to battle his way back. I can’t wait to see him in the new Psych seasons! God bless!
Luck of the Irish was my introduction to Tim as well. And I had no idea he wasn't actually Irish; he was that good! I am so glad he's recovering. I wish him the best of luck with everything that he does.
This story is inspiration because I went something similar and for the past year or so I have been afraid go back to studying for my respective field but after seeing this I have gotten back my to study and turn my dream in to a reality but for those who dislike this interview all I can say is that their is something fundamentally wrong with you or you are just dead in side
Side note, I am 4-5 years out from advanced breast cancer treatment and struggling. You truly are inspiring me and giving me hope. Sending lots of love.
My brother suffered a massive stroke at the age of 51. He's still learning just to stand. I couldn't believe it when it happened. He's a professional boxer and was a boxing trainer at a gym in California. It just came out of no where.
I'm happy to see him coming back from what must have been a horrifying experience. His memory is a little shot but that won't slow him down. He was my favorite part of Psych; he was great in Deadwood and Supernatural. I'm rooting for him all the way.
I like his role on This Is Us. Who would have thought he was mirroring his actual life. He touched my soul with telling them to stop blocking the driveway. I love / hate crying 😢
I am such a huge fan of his and am so glad he has recovered. He is very lucky to have gotten through it because my grandfather sadly never did and I know Luke Perry had a severe one that killed him as well. It's terrifying it really is. I worked in the rehab unit and took care of stroke patients and helped them every day get through it until I ended up injured and was forced to leave patient care.
Only partially recovered, but yeah, I would say he qualifies as getting through it. Z Our descendants, however much into the future that is, will be very lucky to have a vaccine, gene/vein therapy before birth, or medicine to cure/100% prevent strokes.
I love this guy. Every time I comment on his stuff, he is gracious enough to acknowledge my thought. I'm so glad he is recovering, but this has to be scary as sheet.
Have loved Tim since playing Eli on Xena! Had the pleasure to meet him in 2022 and he was beyond nice. Such an incredible man. Wishing him health and wellness.
Poor guy! He’s an inspiration though. I loved him in Psych and I have loved watching him in This Is Us. I’m glad the stroke didn’t take everything from him.
I'm so glad to see him back up and working again. He was super missed in the first Psych movie. The one little scene he was in, you could tell he wasn't doing good. (Watch Psych, it is one of the best shows ever)
I always thought he was a good looking man. His eyes are really hypnotic! He looks even better now! I'm so glad he is persevering thru this! #fuckstrokes
christi crenshaw I’ve never had a migraine and when I went from no headache to the worst headache I’d ever had in about 5 minutes I knew something was wrong. I also had tunnel vision and I ended up passing out.
I actually had a mini stroke after i came out of a coma i was in for a couple of days due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Was weak on the left side of my body and had to do both PT and OT to regain my strength. It was so frustrating that i couldn't type probably or get my words out with ease for a while there. It took me about 3 weeks to get back to walking somewhat and more with additional PT. This was just with a mini stroke. I can't even imagine with a massive stroke how difficult it would be to get back to at least somewhat normal.
Too many people recorded it rather than watching it live. Myself, when it was on I thought it was just typical Disney faire and let it pass. It wasn't until Mallory Jansen showed up on Agents of SHIELD and I was seeing comments comparing her character to Madelena on Galavant that I decided to check out the show and loved it. If Tim had been healthy enough, I would have loved to see Richard and Tad Cooper show up on GoT.
Sorry Kelly but your audience sucks if no one reacts to Timothy's jokes and Psych references! He is an amazing man and Psych is such a good show with such a great cast!!!
I Cain not believe that happened to him, being so young.I hope he is Abel to live without the constant fear of ever happening to him again or that every day it can be the Eve of his death. As we all no this thing can live a Mark on someone's soul Hope the best Timothy
Such a fine & fun actor on Galavant!!! Hope all those performers get some residuals now that it is airing on netflix! The cast, sets & crew & songwriters were awesome - Maybe it just needed cleaner writing so that it would also be encouraged in Theatre classes for High Schools! But they should at least have tried something new for a season 3 Galavant!!!... spllllppphhhtptoooey ABC!!!
I can't believe no one reacted to the title Lassie Come Home! It's so perfect and amazing!!
Kersten RIGHT?! I would have yelled so loud!!
What a crappy audience
You know that's right. Cmon son.

It makes me cry when i see him because I adored his character so much and I just wsnt to hug him and i am so grateful he is alive
@@angies_social87 I've never even heard of him and I feel like giving him a little cuddle
I saw another interview where he said that stroke nearly killed him. I was so worried when I first heard about it. I hope he knows that everyone is behind him 100%, and his fans will keep supporting him no matter what.
I love Tim (especially from his Psych days), and I was so excited to see that he was going to a guest on this show!
I'm bawling!
Been a Tim fan for 20 years. So happy to see him back, but sad to see him not 100%.
I watch This is Us but didn't realize he actually had a stroke in real life. I just thought it was an immense teaching moment, don't assume anything because often times people are going through far more than you realize.
Same here! I didn’t know he had a stroke in real life.
i loved him so much on Gallivant! hes such a good actor and he cant be held back. i appreciate the writer that wrote his story into This is us

I hope your mom's recovery went alright, she sounds like a real warrior getting through that.
I would have cheered so loud at the Psych the Movie 2! I’m so happy Lassie is back!! ❤️❤️❤️ #SuckItStroke So happy for your recovery Timothy!
*Singing voice* Suuuuck iiiitttt!
What...? Not a single reaction to the second Psych movie? What the hell are people watching if not reruns of Psych?!
literally!
Galavant was one of the smartest and most creative shows on TV. Which it was probably why it was cancelled.
I loved that ridiculously crazy show!
I recommend it to EVERYONE. Tim was incredible in it, too. Such beloveable, bumbling, villain

@@reinelibre1880 thank you & I wish the same
I adore Timothy Omundson. Been a fan of his since the 90's when he was on Xena. Happy he's recovered and continuing his amazing acting.
Same. I just recently rewatched the entire series so this is hitting kinda hard for me. I had no idea this happened.
No Psych fans in the audience?!
Apparently not!
Is there even an audience?
I think they were being very quiet because he's so soft spoken and were hushed to hear what he was saying.. maybe?!
😂😂😂😂 I was thinking the same thing... Like wtf. That's one ofthe best show ever
“Psych-O “ checking in!
Lassie!!! Omg I had no idea! I’m so glad you made it through that! I had a pulmonary embolism - and strokes really freak me out! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
What an incredible brave man...I know him from Supernatural. A great actor!
he was awesome playing Lucifer's Dad (God).
Lucifer.
Considering how badass he was as Cain, you should see him in Xena as the Prophet Eli.
He was fantastic in Galavant and I was so sorry to see that show end. One of the best comedy shows!
When I first heard about his stroke I was so heartbroken!! SO SO happy he is doing so well and is acting again and just loving life.
Omundson sitting next to a jonas is a crossover in my life I never expected but I’m so here for it
YES, PSYCH!!!! We love you so much, and are SO happy you are sharing your experience, your light, and your art. Thank you for everything, Timothy. ❤️

Timothy! what an incredible man. I am so excited for the second psych movie - the first one just didn’t feel quite right without him💕
😱😱😱😱😭😭😭😭 he's one of my fave characters from that show! Praying for his continued strength & healing.

I always thought he was a good looking man. His eyes are really hypnotic! He looks even better now! I'm so glad he is persevering thru this! #fuckstrokes
Also he was God/Johnson on Lucifer.
Odd, he played Eli, a Jesus-like character, on Xena: Warrior Princess.
Don’t forget King Richard on Galavant, singing bops like nobody’s business.
Very important story. So happy for your progress.
Timothy is a force. Deadwood, Psych, and Supernatural to name a few . He can do anything.
I great to see lassie is ok
God bless you, Timothy. Lassie lives on!

I really love your show. And is very very interesting. Love from Gambia. In West Africa
