Description:
Fusebox X is a 3-VCO true analogue mono synth with the legendary Analogue Solutions vintage synth sound.
Designed by Tom Carpenter - a user and collector of vintage sounds, and a musician with a passion for electronic music.
All the voice and modulations are 100% analogue. Fusebox features an advanced choice of modulation and melodic possibilities right out of the box before even plugging in MIDI.
Fusebox features no presets - each sound is unique and created by the user!
There is no quantisation, stepping, or locking in by CPU.
Fusebox is designed, engineered and built in England by Analogue Solutions who have over 24 years in the synthesizer industry.
Major Additions / Differences (from the original Fusebox)
-Tri-phonic mode (3 note poly).
-More Jacks! Some rocker switches were replaced with jack sockets for more patchability.
-The Interval Generator and Patternator pots were replaced with precision type.
-440Hz tuner tone.
-Interval Generator clock input - allows automatic transposition in a variety of ways.
-Bar1 / Note0 trigger outputs - versatile alternative ways to trigger the Patternator and Interval Generator
-Arpeggiator replaced with mini step sequencer.
-Many internal performance tweaks.

That opening sequence is beautiful - a nice mellow 70s sound.... That bassline at 2:50 is freaking phenomenal as is that mechanical track directly after it. And the track running at 5:10 also is just fab. And I'll just drop this here: 7:38

This or Leipzig, this or Leipzig, this or Leipzig... (Probably this, for two reasons, I have the original Fusebox, so it will be instantly familiar, and will also expand this kind of sound. And no, I won't be selling the original one.)
Question though: do you have a collection of patches you have used for your demos over the years? I ask as I bet there is a ton of learning to be gained from them in getting the most from your synths.

Excellent synthesizer. I would like it in stereo. As a happy owner of impulse commands and matriarch, I am convinced that all synthesizers in the 21st century should be stereo. Since 1942, people have started using the stereo. But unfortunately synths are not yet stereo. It is sad. I will wait from you for a new stereo synthesizer. Thank you.

oh man, you are selling this ! it sounds so amazing! how did you program the sequences? I've seen a few other vids, and it seems like some kinda magic in that machine. And the sound of the machine is sooooo nice. I have a few other mono synths, and this one seems to have it's own character that real sounds like a million dollars. great work bro!

One suggestion: unless effects are internal, please mention what kind of outboard gear is used.
Opinions on Fusebox X vs Leipzig 3? Are they two different beasts with different sound signature? Or Fusebox X is Leipzig 3 "Pro"?
