IF YOU HAVEN'T FIGURED IT OUT ALREADY!!! THE LEFT TRACK IS SLICK AND NEEDS REPAIRS BECAUSE IT IS CAUSING ALMOST EVERY CAR TO LOOSE CONTROL!! REPORT THIS TO TRACK OFFICIALS IF THEY MISSED THIS MAJOR POINT!
If I was going no-prep racing, I'd be looking for a car with a longer wheelbase, a little heavier that can use the traction of a 10.5 or 275 DOT radial. Like an Impala, 80's Caprice or an extended cab S10. Mustangs, Novas and F-bodies are skating all over the track.
Ok, just 4 minutes in and that track is fucking shit. At the 500 ft mark everyone is skating. Seriously something is either on the track or it's been "unprepped".
Small tire cars hook up far better than those huge tire pos's, not often do you see a big tire car pull a wheelie on start they slip too bad, we use to have a few Chevy powered fords that used to come down to the track back then racing a ford motor was expensive was cheaper just to buy the oil pan conversion kit to convert to Chevy motors, nice to have a safari crew unlike when your street racing, you know running an alternator takes 20hp away from your car that why most racers headlights are stickers or painted on gotta have break lights though and running a water pump also sucks some HP lot of little things that you can squeeze extra HP out of your car like a heat shield for your motor adds HP
It's also possible for a guy like who runs in the middle of the pack on a prepped track to be more competitive, because the track is the equalizer, it isn't all about the faster car it's who can drive it
something was on the fuckn track
"Sure, you can have the Left lane"

This track was waaaaaaay too slick for anything GM powered. The Ford's had little traction issues.
Could have cut the video in half by just showing the mid track view!
These are big tire cars running small tires........Wheres boosted at!?!?
The truck at 14:16 looks like the rear breaks where glowing after burnout and launch

Drag racing is fun...but why risk your $80-250k racecar to go slower than on a prepped track?
cnknguyen We love the sense of danger, plus its good for street racers so they can make some money at a track if some cash is involved
Blitz Boy fair enough, get some!
