This is great! It seems like I could translate this to setting text dynamically on my HUD Message Widget but I'm missing something to connect it to a field. I've created the bindings but not sure what the 2nd binding is!
Imagine using this for a create a class sort of thing in a TDM map
In spawn you have the remote to choose your guns and then when you leave it takes the remote away. Would really add to the whole experience!

What happens when you have multiple pop up devices, and hiw would this work in a multi-player setting, are all button interactions by default to the local player?
How would I set up the bindings in a way that would allow the UI to stay on screen when I press a button?

Probably an issue with cross-platform. You cant press the "K" key on a controller.
My UEFN buttons (loud, quiet, regular) are showing up in the UIKIT tab instead of the User Created tab, and whenever I use these buttons and try to push changes, I get a bunch of errors saying it doesn't recognize the UIKIT buttons. I did this earlier, and the buttons were in the right place but now they're not. What's going on?
Just read your comment on it being bugged is it fixed ot still not working?
can you only have 6 buttons per ui? or can you add more buttons to the widget?
@tacentertainment4674 But how? I tried to activate 2 widgets with 6 buttons each, totaling 12, but they did not open simultaneously but sequentially. First, 1 widget with 6 buttons, then the 2nd widget with 6 buttons.

hey, I have followed everything in this video but there is one major problem. I can't find my widget blueprint (modal dialogue variant) in the list of pop up dialogue device. Is this a new glitch or am i doing something wrong?

@@pto2k yea if you’re willing to learn verse code there’s an option to make a pop up button. It takes a really long day to get used to verse but once you get it it’s really not that bad.
Where can I get that folder with all the png weapon images?
google the weapon png and find one you like that is transparent
Hey there, I made some sort of a main menu thing, I added one "Play" button and it worked fine, then I added 2 background photos to the Widget Blueprint, and the "Play" button just wouldn't work, and the button couldn't be highlighted with a controller at all. Pressing it with a mouse works fine, touch screen works too, but controller just doesn't. Could you help me out possibly?

It does work with some advanced blueprints when you pres buttons and more

I tried to activate 2 widgets simultaneously but it didn't work; one widget activates first and then the second.

Anyone know how to disable jumping in creative 2.0?
Easiest way is with mutator zone. There is an option to disable jumping in it
whenever i click push changes it says that the sounds in the button are dissalowed objects how do i fix this
do not use the canavs use the grid panel

OMG i thought i was going crazy, i did the tutorial just before update, it was working then update came out and it stopped working.
thought I was doing something wrong. it sucks that they also haven't fixed the verse part in Popup_dialog_device (SetDescriptionText) its still bugged since 24.20 update, hope they fix this stuff.

no background images ( they are the ones with the grey and white pixels in the font)

Yes! But unfortunately, they can be activated sequentially, not simultaneously.
Hiya, with more that 1 button it shows the error code:
