From my own experience, on the deer and isolde raids ( where the adds just constantly heal instead of dying ), Lucy only FuAs on hp bar reset, because the boss "kills" their minions b4 respawning them, so the lazers twice there.
I will save you 15 minutes folks: Yes. Flutterpage is very, very strong. If you have any follow up attacks DPS she is going to amplify those greatly. Flutterpage is really powerful. Great video as always, Jaka. Keep the great job.

is the new color dmg, for my understanding she insert dmg all on any type dmg she and allied deal perfect for Fua as she made for. the reason why She boost and work well with J is becouse, j can trigger counter/ripose infinityly as long as u have Shield cast and that solve the shield problem alot with Ms.babel new buff.
i was playing hydra so 37 was better there. Also not everyone has J, 37 was may more sinergistic with other characters so more people have her. Also if you're using J it means you're often fighting plant, which means flutterpage is weak against it. (i also dont own J in cn and my babel is not leveled yet, i prioritized sotheby for the poison team)
@@Jakazinwhat about stages with star advantage or when the enemy is beast afflatus, two neutral scenarios is not as restricted as you think it is and people use 37 everywhere even if they are against plant afflatus because a character who is stronger afflatus in stage have synergy with 37 or reverse the roles like in the video where is anjo nala in a mineral stage because she synergies with 37.
@@myohmy851 Oh i agree with you, and rarely use 37 in global. I just happened to try this team yesterday on live and used it as footage. I didnt have the chance to try other good character because either i dont have them or they're not built. I'm f2p in cn so materials are tight af xD
