Thank you for posting this video! I purchased one of these from Amazon last week but threw the box away before realizing the instructions were on the back! I could not figure out how to load the butter! It was not readily apparent to me that I needed to shake that plastic piece out first! I would like to point out, the gadget works much better with a regular stick of butter. Perhaps if you softened the Kerrygold, you could pack it in like cookie dough and let it reharden in the fridge. The thing I like about it, the slices are about half the thickness of a standard butter cutter - perfect for toasted or warm bread or bagels...and with only half the calories!
