@@ApexxJimmyFunny how those tariffs didn’t hurt anyone in the US. Evidence by a 1.4% inflation rate during his first term. They said the same thing then and I guess they’ll try again. I’m going to give you a hint on the balance of tariffs and taxes. Raise tariffs to make sure your economic opponents don’t take advantage of you but having lowered income taxes like he did. It’s just math.
@nickgeorgiou7770 what are you smoking? Of course it hurts us. Tariffs is the dumbest way to stimulate job growth. Not only did consumers get stuck with paying more for washing machines for example, companies here took advantage of the extra cost and raised their prices on dryers also.

Taxes on imports are called tariffs. These are paid by the people importing goods i.e. you, the American public. He literally said at this speech he plans to tax you trillions of dollars. He is either deceiving you or he doesn't understand really basic economic principles. Either way, you should be worried.
