I was just going to say the same. We were lucky enough to have a baby boy eventually, but we struggled to conceive for years and I had a miscarriage. I know for a while I couldn't bear to see or hear anything to do with pregnancy. It's nice that people can still watch if they can't face it right now.

I really appreciate the pregnancy content notices. Before I tried to get pregnant, I couldn't have possibly understood the immense toll fertility issues take on your mental health. I have endometriosis, have had 2 surgeries, and was trying for a year and in that time suffered several losses and felt my entire personality and perspective shift. I found myself feeling very bitter about other people's happiness. I didn't want to feel that way, I hated that I did, but it was what it was. I had to stop watching certain creators for my own peace of mind and felt like I lost of lot of small joys. Your thoughtfulness would have meant I could keep on watching in a really dark time.
(For anyone wondering, I'm happily now pregnant and due in July!)

Soph to help with baby names. I’m a labor and delivery RN and I always tell couples when they need help naming their baby. Imagine your child extending their hand in a job interview and they’re wanting to be a doctor and they say “hi I’m so and so etc” especially when my patients are thinking of a baby name that’s cute for a baby but not an adult think of it that way. Hope that helps. So happy for you and James❤

My mum gave me a "professional" legal name and then never called me it because she wanted to name me after my grandfather so was given a unisex one that most people didn't actually know was unisex, now I'm an adult I'm considering deed pole changing my name to my "nickname" because I identify as it and not the legal name

I know one girl who took Pepcid ac for her endometriosis. And she said it did WONDERS for her period pains.
She also said it helps prevent damage to your organs when you take ibuprofen.
I usually hate when creators post pregrancy stuff, but you do it in such an educational way, its so intresting. Your vlog about it made me think that birthdays should be a day for celebrating your mum for all they had to go though.

100% reccomend travelling when baby is young! Younger the better! From 1.5/2yrs onwards it’s so much harder! Speaking from experience I have 2 kids and travel a lot😂 we went to Jamaica for our baby moon 😍

Everything you have just described about endometriosis is my exact experience too. I was also on the pill for 10 years to manage the pain and it did help but as soon as I stopped taking it I went back to how I was before I started it.
I was diagnosed with endometriosis 2 years ago now through key hole surgery. They removed as much endometriosis as they could and it was the best thing I ever did 🥰❤️

I think it’s amazing that you are sensitive to those who may not want to hear about pregnancy. I’m currently 27 1/2 weeks along with my 4th pregnancy, the first 3 were all sadly miscarriages and during that season of my life I found it hard to watch some of my favorite creators while they were posting a lot of pregnancy related content. I completely understand it’s exciting and they want to share but I felt like I lost touch with them after a while because I’d avoid their videos as not to be triggered. So you giving people the opportunity to still watch but not hear about something potentially triggering for them is amazing. ❤️❤️

My brother is called Augusts! I think a name can affect the person a lot more than we realise. People with funky, different names often develop into quirky characters and fit them perfectly. Fellow Endometriosis sufferer here! I also used to get physically sick from the pain of my periods. Took me until I was 30 to get the keyhole surgery and being diagnosed (after a lot of pushing) and it was really bad, with also Adenomyosis chucked in! I'm lucky that I don't want kids, but I really wanted to be able to donate my eggs so that others can have them, but my Endo seems to be making that difficult! I'm sad I can't help others achieve their dreams of having kids. I'm very happy for you, and I've heard that pregnancy can help alleviate the symptoms of Endo, so hopefully it'll be better for you in the long run!
As a reader I can't definitely say switching between genre's helps keep you interested in reading. I tey to only read 2 books from any one genre at a time.
Regarding collabs: they maybe get clicked less but I am desperately waiting for another video with Emma. I mean both of you still have loyal RUclips followers and a grwm together or something like that would be awesome🥹
No matter what you name your child, there will be people who don't like it! As long as it's not absurd or will get your child bullied you should choose whatever you want!

Yay, New Zealand and Australia! As a Kiwi, a few tips on travelling with kids (and just in general): I'd recommend hiring a car, because you usually need one to get to all the good places here, and of course it'll be easier to carry all the things you need for a baby and travel at the pace you need to go - and they will rent you a baby carseat along with the car. You can also rent baby equipment from Baby on the Move or the Baby Factory for your trip and just return it before you leave. Supermarkets here stock nappies, baby food, formula, pacifiers etc, and pharmacies usually have a lot of that stuff as well.
More generally, please go places that aren't Auckland or Queenstown! There's lots to do in both places, but you're really missing out if you don't see some other parts of the country. There's lots to do in the capital city, Wellington (lots of food, arts and culture, scenery, and museums), and both the middle and top of the North Island and the top of the South Island are particularly beautiful.
I find New Zealand to be pretty family and kid friendly. Enjoy your trip :)

So nice to see more people talk about HG, you hear about “morning sickness” but never the debilitating HG side. I threw up for 36 weeks straight. It was only in my last month I stopped throwing up, I could barely even brush my teeth without gagging 😂

I'm about to turn 30. I've been with my partner for almost 7 years but we've had other more important priorities than marriage and babies. We're finally financially stable and just bought a house. So hopefully marriage and a baby will come in the next few years!

PS I was told I would have a very difficult time getting pregnant...so after getting married we just didn't use birth control. I was pregnant the SECOND month of our marriage.🤭We were thrilled, but it was challenging. My period issues improved dramatically after having a baby too!!

I think it’s great how you let people know there may be triggers. Also thank you for giving us another view of ‘just getting pregnant’. I absolutely worried myself to death in my twenties about being infertile, for no reason other than it being everywhere in the media. There is such a huge focus on people finding it hard to get pregnant when actually it isn’t quite as widespread as you think, especially if you’re in your twenties. I think it’s really healthy to have a balanced view. I had convinced myself I would need help and had even written in my diary when I would contact the doctors- I was that convinced I’d struggle. I got pregnant naturally both times within a few months.
I’m looking forward to the gender reveal! Our top girl’s name was Hazel and we didn’t know the gender either our first. Obviously we didn’t use it (and we knew we were having a boy with our second) but he actually has hazel coloured eyes!
So happy for you and James, I have had surgery 3 times to remove endometriosis, I know how you feel when had the monthly pain till I got put on the pill at a younger age years ago. Congrats on the baby so happy for you and James and both of your families, take care, much love.

Lucky you. I had hyperemesis for the whole 9 month and spent majority of my pregnancy on a drip in hospital. I am highly likely to go through it again for the entire duration too. I lost so much weight that i had to be bathed and it hurt to sit down
I told my parents by going for a scan on my ovaries for PCOS, me and my mam were joking saying "imagine they said you're pregnant" and i was like "shut up man 😅" (i had no idea).. i was having my scan and the nurse said "did you know you're pregnant?" I remember looking at her like "WHAT?" .. she gave me scan photos of my tiny tiny speck of a baby scan haha. I came out and my mam said "what did they say?" I just handed her a scan photo and said "im pregnant" she laughed and said "but really what did they say?" Then she looked at the photo hahah. Safe to say her and my dad were overjoyed and to this day are super close with my son, hes 13yo now! ❤

I know there are a lot a people who find the subject of pregnancy very sensitive so your mindfulness is very much appreciated ❤. I have known since I was 16 that there would be a very low chance of pregnancy for me (before I knew I had endo). Then I found out I had endo and the 17 year journey from having that small chance to now, no chance has been really rough. But I know that that journey would have been 1000x harder for me if I couldn’t find joy in seeing other people getting to experience something so wonderful 🥹 so for me personally I love seeing how much joy pregnancy brings and it’s really helped me to come to terms with my own circumstance and that’s okay too x
