A buyer is more interested in the property and not the agent. When you buy a home, the agent is not included with property. A good agent should not hard sell the house. If the house is not suitable for the buyer, the agent should not pressure them just to earn a commission. He will surely earn his commision when the righy buyer comes along. The agent gave wrong info. He can transfer his existing hdb flat to his mum if she can finance it after refunding his cpf. She gave the wrong info and was very confident about it. That is dangerous.
In the first episode, I remember the agent Claire playing the victim card, crying about being raised by a single parent, being so poor that the water would stop running mid-shower, and having to walk instead of taking the bus. 🙄 Now she claims she’s not comfortable handling HDB deals because she doesn’t do them often? Weren’t you from a less fortunate background and raised in an HDB? Now you act completely disconnected after moving on to condos. This is exactly the type of materialistic and typical gold digger that guys should avoid at all time 👎🤣 P.S. The Pasir Ris EA, seashell view house is gorgeous , tastefully design ! Owner got v gd taste as for the Punggol EA no comment 🤐🤐🤣
Hello~ just thought that I would clarify:) Yeap! I moved 6x in 25 years of life due to life circumstances, and it does include even rental hdb at one point too. I think at the end of the day, staying in a HDB before and handling a HDB transaction as a professional is very different. - as the procedures, process and also even down to the paperwork, financial calculations, timeline planning are also way different from a private transaction. The true fact is that I focus more on private deals since the start of my career, and have not done HDBs until very recently, but I am always keen to learn and think it’s important to grow hollistically skillset wise as a realtor. - it does not by any angle mean private is better than HDB, because both have its merits! :) I believe there is no shame in admitting where I can improve upon, which is why I shared that I am not comfortable in HDB deals (yet!) due to my lack of frequency of it, as compared to my private ppty deals. - but I WANT to improve & get better at it! This has nothing to do with a “gold-digger” mindset, but I hope that you do find someone suitable for you :)
Huhhh how did you get the idea of her being materialistic from her saying that she’s uncomfortable handling HDB? The process for private & HDB are very different so i’m quite sure she just means she literally is not as familiar with HDB process, not that she doesn’t want to associate with HDB. Also if you can close bigger more expensive deals, you don’t want meh 😂 your comment really shows your lack of compassion.
How do u link from being from a less fortunate background and then to not comfortable handling HDB transactions as materialistic and gold digger? What nonsense are you implying? So raised in a HDB have to accept doing just HDB la? Duh
