CrystalLakeEast I know i have seen this ride but never rode it but after yesterdays accident i had to see what the ride was actually like to get a better understanding of what happened
Black Cruze13 This video still does not convey the real intensity of the ride until you're actually on it. I've ridden many faster looping and even inverted rollercoasters that would be considered more "scary" as far as amusement rides are concerned. But this ride really scared the crap out of me years ago. I consider myself a thrill ride enthusiast and love epic rides, but this one really gives you pause for concern. Very Scary, at least in my opinion. As you can see its supported by four legs and is traveling in the style of a giant pendulum. But as it swings outward and drops low center all while rotating, the G-forces applied to you and its frame are shocking. You swear this thing feels as if its going to sling you off if not snap. Which unfortunately happened in Ohio. It was very unnerving to me at that time, and I'm glad I only rode it "once". And if you look at it design wise, you can see a major concern for metal fatigue involving its weight, speed and motion. Sad trajedy.
John Davis yes it does look really intense and i couldnt ride on that anyways i have blood pressure issues and take meds for it i rode the orbiter or however its spelled and i felt like my chest was caving in very sad that an 18 year old kid who had a wonderful life ahead of him had to be cut short
John Davis I know, that ride is intense and I love intense rides, but not this one in particular because I've known of many accidents on this ride and other similar ones, I rode on one called “Freak Out” its arms were different and there were only 4, what makes me think that is safer than this one because of the weight, but anyways I won't go on that kind of rides for a while, now that I know that this accidents even happen in the USA (sorry about my poor English btw)
What happened was the floor came back up while the ride was still in motion, this LITERALLY almost happened to me when i rode this ride but the worker ran and released the floor as fast as he could.. you always think youre safe on these rides
Went on it last week have to say if this thing went any higher I wouldnt have gone on it. I like heights but height + upside down is like no because I feel like im falling oit of this anyway
Ive been on every ride at pleasure wood hills!!!!!!!!!! OMG THEY ARE ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL EEEPPPPPPPPPIIIICCCC YOU GUYS HAVE TO GO ON THEM BELIEVE ME!!!! OMG SO COOL!! :)) :)) :)) :))
Not this specific one, but this same ride at another fair just a few days ago. I''m sure you've heard about it by now. It's been the talk of the internet this week. There's even a video of the incident you can find with a simple youtube search
desertdispatch never know, some might actual want to ride it more since it now is seen as more dangerous. I'm not one of those people lol but they exist.
TheSage 2020 me and the ride that broke in ohio was actually a really old version the ones at Wade Shows,North American Midways,Modern Midways,Reithoffer shows,Drew Exposition, and Butler Amusements are newer versions
The first time I went on it I was like, "I'll go on the side seats!" Not knowing it spins around -_- Long story short I ended up being vertical more than anyone else :D
This ride always scared me, not because the intensity but because it always seemed to be unsafe at my point of view. If you search for a ride called “Frisbee” you'll see the big columns that are holding the pendulum and compared to this ride you can totally find out what could have gone wrong in Ohio.
Ed Alzr No, this isn't really true. Most likely, KMG has some issues with their manufacturing, cracks in steel, etc. this has happened before, but they discovered damage early enough to prevent an accident. Frisbee rides made by HUSS and Zamperla seem safer to me, just because I trust their manufacturing process more
I was like SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT then I realised i was next to my mom,
2 things. This aint that bad, check out the beast, the crazanity and the kmg infinity. Then you'll see that this isnt bad. Also im pretty sure someone died on this ride, so i DONT reccomend it.
You have no idea how relevant this video has just become.

Ive been on every ride at pleasure wood hills!!!!!!!!!! OMG THEY ARE ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL EEEPPPPPPPPPIIIICCCC YOU GUYS HAVE TO GO ON THEM BELIEVE ME!!!! OMG SO COOL!! :)) :)) :)) :))
This ride is amazing!!! I went on it a few years ago for a school trip and it's probably the best ride at the park! Plus, great video 👌
It just killed 1 person and critically injured several others :(
Nobody has been hurt or killed at Pleasurewood hills..
Not this specific one, but this same ride at another fair just a few days ago. I''m sure you've heard about it by now. It's been the talk of the internet this week. There's even a video of the incident you can find with a simple youtube search
exactly what i thought until i saw that accident in ohio!
This is a KMG Afterburner; a predecessor to the Freak Out.
I rode this ride in Florida 2017 and it was fun and totally safe
So sad a young man died on this ride today at Ohio State Fair.
same ride.. yes but this is a totally different company. just one of the dozens of fireballs, freakouts, and XXXtremes out there...
Karl Bastian
I love this ride so much I went on like 5 times in a row
wonder how many will be running to ride this now..
It's probably gonna get torn down
desertdispatch never know, some might actual want to ride it more since it now is seen as more dangerous. I'm not one of those people lol but they exist.
I'll never ride this again... used to be so fun....
I went on it at first i was like 😼 then i was like 😭😞
We have the same thing at the Kentucky State Fair called the Feurball,
This ride isn't scary at all. It's so fun and I've been on it like 10 million times it's amazing!!
Strange how it makes me more dizzy on my phone. Been on this ride. Rollercoaster videos didn't get me that dizzy. Mind blown..
I like the fireball ride. It is fun.
If only I got that ride.
Who's here from Ohio state fair?
TheSage 2020 me
TheSage 2020 me
TheSage 2020 me and the ride that broke in ohio was actually a really old version the ones at Wade Shows,North American Midways,Modern Midways,Reithoffer shows,Drew Exposition, and Butler Amusements are newer versions
somebody was just killed on it and Ohio today and others are critically injured
Nobody has been killed in this ride and this park.
MephProduction same ride different park
yes it was a type of afterburner but not this one.. but all of them are now closed.
+MephProduction Doesn't matter what the ride is called. This ride is the EXACT same thing like the fireball which the kid died on last week.
hhds113 except different owners, so different way of checking things
This video is gonna have more views in a few days..
That one didn't go as high as some of the others.
Watching this video makes me madder than hell and sick to my stomach. Now I see how this thing malfunctioned and how the seats tore apart.
I love this ride so much
I went on that today and we went about the same height! It was epic my friend passed out on it though!
Does it actually make u dizzy
I had a school trip here today and we went on EVERYTHING 3 of my friends went on the jolly Rodger 8 times
so sad this is the last thing that boy seen. may he rest in peace.
MBoostie this isn't the Ohio State Fair fireball :/
+Durrelli Draws. Yeah but this is the ride that the kid died on.
hhds113 how did he die?
+CupQuake When 5 or 6 seats detached he fell out of it. The other ones survived but were in critical condition. Only one kid died.
hhds113 oh 😭😭
The first time I went on it I was like, "I'll go on the side seats!" Not knowing it spins around -_- Long story short I ended up being vertical more than anyone else :D

I'm going to the fair Tuesday and is Monday and last year I went on it and it was high it was the best time of the year

That ride is so scary that sometimes I say bad word's in my mind if i got on that ride
I got on that same ride but only in Fort Wayne
I closed my eyes the whole time. Mind you my glasses were midway into pure death.

i had fun in the fire ball it was cool
A bit like wipeout at Brean Theme Park in Somerset
one of the amusement ride the Fireball that I use to move when I work my butt, off lol you would
Only the bravest would go on Mach three. Fire ball is the fifth scariest, I think.
I like how this guy had good balance
Gopro with the chest strap probably
+Ringo bingo 3221 it is with a GoPro I just held it against the thing that straps you in
I have this ride
I done this for first time and didnt scream normally I would die of screaming
Freak out is so much better
In 2014 I went on this with my cousin and it was awesome but then I felt like puking
i might go on that at the brookhaven fair and im only 12!
That's not a big deal dude
if you wanna see something scary check out the nemesis 360
I wanna get on that
This ride always scared me, not because the intensity but because it always seemed to be unsafe at my point of view. and just think that on july 26 2017 this is not how it went
Imagine if someone at the Ohio State Fair had a POV video if ya know what I mean. omg!
This ride almost as scary as the Mach3
Looks fun
I went on it and I felt like I was going to fall
Some times it goes higher I think
THE ATHEIST SWIMMER after 4
This is my favorite ride:)
Edit: after the Ohio state fair malfunction idk anymore...
Lonely Panda is it still your favorite ride
I just saw a video of this ride and some one fell off it 😱
i went on it my 12th b-day
I Believe this used to be called Whizzy Dizzy
My sister went on this type of ride and luckily it didn't *Frekin hit a red fence and seats fly off >:(* *that made me sooooo mad!*
It don't look high but it is
I RODE THIS BEFORE AND IM FUCKING SCARRED NOW
I went on this 12 times when I went😂
That's so fun
I went on this it's scarier than wipeout
I was like SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT then I realised i was next to my mom,
It's all fun and games, kids, til someone gets killed.
swings u up to 200-400 feet and it spins u the whole time
No where near 200-400ft
Even jolly roger aint that high 😂
The jolly roger is only 40-50ft
Sad what happened to the one at the Ohio state fair. I was really "dying" to ride it
When I was on this in a fair, a boy opposite me threw up 🤢🤮😂
Nice🤣🤣🤣
Been on this and I'm 10 lol wasn't scary just hurt my legs
I get a headache just from watching...
2 things. This aint that bad, check out the beast, the crazanity and the kmg infinity. Then you'll see that this isnt bad. Also im pretty sure someone died on this ride, so i DONT reccomend it.
I rode it sooo cool little scary
My daughter loves this ride but as for me no thank you because I'd puke here there and everywhere
But, ours was higher
Luckily you weren't on it when it broke
EliteRBLX this a different park
Yeah, but now this type a tarnished identity for being dangerous, I’m not going on it
Ive ridden this ride...
Personally it just feels like the swinging pirate ship, its boring.
I legit puked on this today smfh
I hate this ride!
BiebersPsycho_ same I passed out on it
Who is watching this after the terrible incident
Whwn ur doing a vid stop touching ur cam it makes an annoying sound
Just sum advice 😊
This is spin out not fireball
william wadley There's a lot of different names for it
It says fire ball in the neon sign right behind them
This is fireball there are lots of kmg afterburners with the same model but it’s up to the park what they call them
4 years latter, it takes a life and injures 7 others
Different park, different country. This ride wasn't the one what had the accident.
Moon Weezy OMG ITS A DIFFERENT PARK OMG IM DONE IM DONE
I love this ride
