TINKER'S CAT CBS LOGO - Attempt 1

This is my first quick attempt at seeing if I can replicate the famous CBS Special Presentation logo, to show a friend. The verdict? Well, I think with time I can do a lot better and get it a lot closer. There's so many color switches that occur in the real CBS logo, but none of them is random - all are perfectly planned and each color complements its predecessor and antecedent in a way that spins my head.
My version's nowhere near as slick as the original, as you can tell - and shows the limitations of trying to recreate analog using digital. Some things are better left to real analog optics and a manual editing machine!
Anyway, attempt one. I liked this challenge and I'll be back again to try this one once more when I have more time to study the color switching.
