Someone said it before and I think I remember reading it years ago. "Andy Timmons is your favorite guitarist's favorite guitarist." And it just describes what is so good about his playing: subtlty in the skill, when to play slower, when NOT to play, the meaning in the choice notes etc. And that subtlty is what keeps him from reaching a huge audience so quickly.
Alright that's it.. Herman solo instrumental album is a must.. You're playing on this was just so tasteful. Love hearing this side of you. And of course Andy.. always tasteful.. But Man that Jason song he played.. why are my eyes watering? So incredibly moving.
It's a wonderful, heart-warming song that shows the gentle personality of Andy Timmons. May God heal Jason Baker and all those who are fighting the same disease.

The talent emanating from this video is otherworldly. That jam session in the beginning set such a peaceful lighthearted feeling. Andy's tribute song as well was amazing, his music has so much feeling and needs no lyrics to set the mood. I saw andy on the danger danger album release party. The show was going great until his solo when he busted out groove or die and i was blown away. He’s undoubtedly one of the most versatile players. Would love to see a no ego collaboration with pete thorn, nuno, andy and Guthrie.
