Hi Abby! Loved the video today, nice to find a fellow dancer on here. If you are wanting to be more Mindful, Grateful, Present and have peace I would really recommend God and Christianity and I don't want to shove anything down your throat but ever since I started following Jesus I have cared less about what people say I have really just been more happy overall and even tho there are still struggles that come with Christianity but I would really recommend it.

hey omg I love this video its so good so underrated. but I have a tip about the gratitude journal, you could get the 5 minute journal instead it literally asks you the exact same questions except for the last one and instead it asks you what did i learn today. 100percent recommend!

yess my school does that late detention thing too 😭 if we get three lates (four mins past the start of class) then we get a late mark and if we get more than three in a WEEK then we get a 30 min afterschool 😭

The reason your probably sweating more is because native is aluminum free, meaning it doesn't stop sweat like an antiperspirant would, it only controls odor. People who worry about sweat or sweat more as a whole should use antiperspirant deodorant.

When it comes to working up courage I say just start and don’t think about anyone’s opinion because everyone starts somewhere and your dreams are far more important than the opinion of a person who you most likely won’t even know in a few years… also for content ideas, I would say find something you love and follow that!
