Glad you got it fixed bud, and a nice simple issue after all... A motor, and a mosfet will be a worthy upgrade. It's current rof reminds me of my first RIF which was an ex rental TM Famas! Bloody slow! 😂
Cheers bud :) motor and MOSFET definetly on the cards, though I kinda like the rof as it's pretty true to the real one! Also means I don't burn through the midcaps as quick :D
Me Dad has a Stirling. After two uses it stopped feeding. Took it for a repair and it worked but then put two mags through it and the trigger mechanism knackered itself. Still waiting for our local shop to get it repaired, but they are struggling to find a replacement because apparently (don't know if true) the newer models have different sized internals by a slight margin. If anyone knows if this is the case, because if not, then I reckon shops broken something during the repair and that's why he hasn't had it back yet.
Have you had any experience troubleshooting the semi-auto. I own two of these, and the semi has stopped working on both of them. Doesn't matter if it is set to semi or full-auto, both of them will on fire on full-auto. (Also, I loved your Ferris Bueller's Day Off quote at the end.)
What were you shooting at? That a commercial product or a home made target? Because I've been considering making/buying something like that, but in a grid arrangement to check consistency.
They're the attack sense targets, I have been very kindly leant a few by the company to check them out and give my thought on them :) I'm currently in the process of making a review of those so keep your eyes peeled for it :)
the gun mounted camera works really well. I'm impressed. Taking Whiskey!
Yeah I'm really liking the mobius maxi :) works really well :D
Snubbing Flash on Hit mode for Two Player Flip to test range. I like it!
That would have been an excellent idea and I wish I had come up with it 😂😂😂 the clip in the video is of me setting up a custom round though 😁
Im glad you got it working again! Also idk who made the music in this video but if you like it check out dark colour on youtube
The music used is by tecknoAxe, but I had a quick listen to dark colour and they sound really cool! Cheers for the suggestion :)

You need to change the video title now to I fixed 😁 good job
But that would ruin the suspense of the video 😂😂😂
I still find this stuff really Intresting :)
That's because it is interesting!

You silly, silly boy 😂, this is why we cant have nice things! 😂😂😂😂
Hey it broke itself!!! 😂😂😂
@@EnglishKiwi lmao, it IS a sterling after all, great guns, sadly they have their own mind and decide not to work from time to time 😉😁
@@ThinBrownLine that they do... For instance when this works, it sometimes does semi, sometimes doesn't...

@@EnglishKiwi certainly will, very interested!
What the hell hop up unit does this use
3.14 in, Im gonna say the air nozzle aint long enough, not pushing the bbs far enough into the hop?
That was one of my initial thoughts too!
@@EnglishKiwi I only thought that because its the same issue my M1 Carbine had, and it was the nozzle had been filed down and was about 3mm too short
@@ThinBrownLine ah but why was it working earlier then?
11:53 in, my reaction was "ah, buggered tappet plate"
Did you just have that spare spring or is 12:10 a cut to several days later? 😁
Nope that was all of a 20 second cut :) I have tonnes of Airsoft junk lying around my office, luckily some of it comes in useful sometimes 😂
Big oof
At least it wasn't a recoil 😂
